Train

The Redeemer Network equips churches to become church-planting churches through a collaborative and immersive residency designed to form healthy leaders for the work of planting. While many churches desire to send planters, they often lack the time, structure, or shared resources to train them well. Our two-year residency functions as a core expression of the network’s work, providing intentional formation, practical training, and relational mentoring that prepares planters to lead with health, clarity, and gospel faithfulness. Through this shared investment, churches are equipped to send leaders who are ready to plant churches that are missional, resilient, and built to last.

Fund

One key to success for church plants and replants is sufficient funding, especially in the early years. Through the generosity of our churches and individual donors, Redeemer Network generously funds our churches over the first two years, enabling them to focus on building a healthy foundation as a church body.

We invest in the formation of planters, resource new church plants, and provide ongoing care for pastors and churches. Together, this partnership fuels sustainable, gospel-centered ministry and helps ensure that planters are supported at every stage of the journey.

Support

The Redeemer Network exists not only to help churches plant, but to help them endure. We believe lasting gospel fruit flows from healthy leaders and healthy teams, which is why ongoing support is central to our work. Through intentional care, coaching, and community, the network comes alongside pastors and churches in every season of ministry—creating rhythms of connection, encouragement, and formation that sustain leaders for the long haul. This shared commitment ensures that no pastor leads alone and that churches are strengthened well beyond their launch.
