The Creative Director will work to serve the church’s mission by leading our church into thoughtful, word-centered worship on Sundays and by maintaining a creative, God-honoring media presence. This is a full-time role. 

This role includes oversight of college ministry staff and volunteer leaders, discipleship environments, outreach efforts, and ministry development, while working closely with pastors, deacons, and other leaders to cultivate a healthy ministry culture shaped by Gospel, Community, and Mission. This is a full time position.

This role serves as the primary leader of worship ministry at The Well. This person will provide leadership for worship ministry volunteers, oversee the planning and execution of gathered worship, develop leaders and teams, and help ensure that worship gatherings support the preaching of God’s Word and the spiritual formation of the church. This is a full time position.

This role provides leadership and care for Gospel Community leaders, oversees systems that help newcomers find belonging, and works closely with pastoral leadership to align our connection pathways with the mission of The Well. This is a full time position.
